Daniel H. Isaac, Jr. grew up in Myrtle Beach, SC and graduated from The Citadel in 1974. After graduation Isaac founded A&I, Inc. with his father Daniel H. Isaac, Sr. and William H. Alford, responding to a need for a restoration company in Myrtle Beach. Building the company from the ground up, he and his partner began a tradition that has earned them the unanimous title as the number one fire and water restoration company in the Coastal Carolinas.
Isaac has a residential builder's license and general contractor's license in both North and South Carolina. By constantly educating himself on the newest techniques and equipment in the restoration industry, A&I is able to offer cutting edge services to its customers. This has led to numerous awards including six Chrysalis Awards, three for Remodeler of the Year. A&I's most recent award was the Big 50 given by Remodeler Magazine. The Big 50 is awarded to the Nation's best 50 remodeling contractors. The award is based on a company's quality of work, leadership, service to the industry, treatment of employees and community involvement.
Giving back to the community is always a priority for Isaac. Working with Habitat for Humanity, the United Way of Horry County and the Marion County Historical Society and many others, Isaac's involvement continues to be sought by some of South Carolina's most respected organizations. His most recent appointment as Chairman of the South Carolina Department of Transportation is the most gratifying to date. This position provides an opportunity to give back on both a local and state level.
Danny is married to the former Sally McIntyre. They have two children, Laura and Daniel Isaac, III.

As CEO of A&I, Todd Setzer is responsible for defining long-term organizational goals for all four locations, building key customer relationships and identifying business opportunities. Todd is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University.
Todd is married to Ashley Setzer and they have two children, Gray and Lane.

As CFO for A&I, Stuart oversees the day to day financial operation of the entire Company and is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, job profitability and the Company's banking relations. Stuart works closely with Danny Isaac, owner, and Todd Setzer, CEO, on both short and long-range planning, ensuring the financial stability and growth of the Company. Stuart is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and loves golfing in his free time.
Linda has been with A&I from day one and was the first employee of A&I. Over the years Linda has worked in numerous capacities including estimating, supervising and marketing. Linda works closely with management and employees to ensure company policies are being implemented. Linda is responsible for accounts receivables and works closely with insurance agents and adjusters, banks and our customers. When not working, Linda is active in her church, spending time with family and cooking.
Jenifer has been in restoration marketing for over ten years. She is from West Louisiana has a Communications/Public Relations degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, LA. . She is responsible for overseeing the sales team in each location as well as cultivating commercial clients in addition to overseeing advertising and marketing for the company. Jenifer is married with one daughter and is a member of St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in Myrtle Beach and volunteers with various local charities.
As Branch Manager, Scott oversees the daily operations for the emergency response water department, production field team, project managers and estimators in our Myrtle Beach and Florence offices. Scott is from Upstate New York with a Business Administration degree from Palm Beach Community College. He has been in the restoration industry since 2010 after 15 years in construction. When not working he enjoys golfing and the gym. Scott is married with three sons and one daughter.
As Branch Manager, Daniel oversees the daily operations for the emergency response water department, production field team, project managers and estimators in our Charleston office. Daniel Isaac grew up in Myrtle Beach and is a 2006 Citadel graduate with over 10 years of Commercial Construction experience along with being a Contractor License holder. Daniel attends MPPC Church and is active in social and volunteer clubs. Daniel is married with two sons.
As Branch Manager, Travis oversees the daily operations for the emergency response water department, production field team, project managers and estimators in our Wilmington office. Travis grew up in Angier, NC. He has degrees in Civil Engineering and Surveying from Wake Tech, and a Construction Management certificate from NC State in Raleigh, NC. When not working, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and exploring new places with his wife and twin daughters.
