Incorporated in 1974 by contractors Billy Alford and Danny Isaac, thus Alford/Isaac, A&I Fire & Water Restoration rapidly became the one-stop shop for Coastal North Carolina and Coastal South Carolina residents and business owners facing major home or commercial insurance repairs. We can handle everything from packing and taking inventory of your possessions, cleaning and storing your contents, to demolition and complete structural restoration and reconstruction. We offer 7x24x365 emergency services. Further, our Mold Remediation Division travels across the entire state of both North Carolina and South Carolina.
A&I Fire & Water Restoration is headquartered in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Both Billy Alford and Danny Isaac grew up in the Myrtle Beach area and are still very active in the community.
Our North Carolina office opened after Hurricane Fran and is located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Our Florence office opened in 2007 due to company growth as well as the need for professional restoration services in the Florence area
